Mornings.. They can’t be avoided. You either love them or hate them but they happen regardless of what end of the spectrum you’re on.

There is a kind of person who when the alarm goes off either a) hits snooze and goes back to sleep or b) hits snooze and goes to the bathroom to then again crawl back in bed. Then after playing the snooze game for about an hour, they get up finally and get ready quickly and go out into the horrible morning world. What a bad day by starting a horrible day.

Your morning can have a huge impact on the overall trajectory of your entire day. It can set you up to be extremely productive or it can cause your whole day to be “out of sorts.”

Try to prepare a routine for your morning and give yourself a good mood.

 

1-Have a good sleep last night

2-Get up quickly when the alarm clock goes off

3-Make your bed

43-Wash your face

5-Exercise for a while such as jogging or yoga

6-Take a shower and after that drink lots of water

7-Sit down to have a breakfast

8-Listen some music or read book/newspaper you like

9-Dress up well

10-Go out
