The first impression you get from a house which you walk into is smell. It seems to be unimportant but it is about everything what you are able or unable to see. Our sense of smell is connected to our emotions. Smells can elicit emotional responses such as being happy, relaxed and calm, or anxious, irritable and angry. That is why we need to create a home with good smell.

Here are a few ways to do.

1.Empty garbage cans regularly

Some of your bad odors might be coming from your trash. And it can quickly go from fine to nasty. Please be sure to clean all of dustbins in regular periods.

2.Clean out your refrigerator

Your fridge is another bad-scent culprit. There might be some food stocked in refrigerator but have been forgotten. These things are getting worse slowly but we hardly notice it. Clean out refrigerator once a week will keep your refrigerator clean and fresh.

3.Open the windows

Weather permitting; a great way to freshen the air in your home is to open the windows. Even just for an hour or two! You can get rid of cooking smells, or any other stale or lingering odor this way.

4.Dry wet cloth/towel

Please don’t put wet cloth/towel in a corner after using it. Please wash and dry it by washing machine or hang it out as wet cloth or towel will create a musty smell if you don’t deal with it.

5.Get an air purifier

To help keep your home smelling fresh all the time, run an air purifier regularly. In addition to eliminating household odors, it also reduces dust and pollen.

6.Get some fresh plants

To cultivate some fresh flowering plants to keep it in home, it will generate natural flavor. Live plants also offer the added benefit to people’s healthy.

7.Burn candles

If you don’t have time or energy to cultivate a plant, to burn a candle in various smells will be a convenient way to make the home smell good.
